My complaint:

Hello, my name is Shakira Kali. I’ve been a valued customer of you all for some years now and I’ve never had to experience this issue ever. Since Sept 19th 2020, someone went into my cash app account and changed it to their account and routing number. On Sept 17th Was the last time I received a cash app payment going out or coming in.. my friend “Carm” for $30 on Sept 17th with my bank account information ending in 6768 which what it has always been. It was then changed to someone’s account ending in 0003 which is not mine. I called my bank michigan first credit union and they see nothing from cash app since sept 17th. I’m a licensed cosmetologist so my clients since then have been paying for their services they cash app as they always do for me. I have proof of everything from my bank and your app that I have NOT been receiving anything from anyone that has been paying me. The total amount as of sept 17th up until today is $3,413. I have absolutely no money at all to pay my bills for me and my children. The reason why I checked it is because I tried to pay my light bill and my card was declined. Checked cash app and my bank and figured out someone has hacked my CASH APP ACCOUNT. All the money I’ve been getting paid for my hair services going to someone else’s bank account. I’m appalled seriously, and you all have no phone number. I need this resolved or I will be contacting the business bureau and I will be contacting my family attorney. Please contact me back
