My complaint:

Cash app froze my account under what circumstances.?! I have done nothing wrong but it declines my purchases, won’t let me send money, receive or transfer to my bank account.! I know I have more than enough money on cash app.! I got this app in trusting it to be safe with my money and now I can not access it during this pandemic.! I’ve sent multiple emails because that’s apparently the only way to contact them and have not received anything back.! This needs to be resolved asap.!
