My complaint:
I reached out to cash out several times regarding two purchases one was $9.99 on Amazon and $14.43 at Walmart in Wilmington North Carolina.
Cash App support reps continue to respond to me via email for information I do not have and refuse to assist me with getting a refund for these two authorize fraudulent charges.
Suggested solution:
Investigate the fraudulent charges, close both and send me a refund check for both charges via USPS.
