My complaint:

I have not ever used Cash App but all the sudden I have their debit card in my name in my mailbox. My identity was stolen and they apparently have no proper way to verify anyone when opening a new account. NOT HAPPY, NOT OKAY.
They do not have any way of contacting them unless you use their app. I refuse to download it since I don’t use them. I have no other way of submitting a complaint

Suggested solution:

Close the account that is under my name and have better policiesprocedures so they don't keep opening up fraudulent accounts.
