My complaint:
Someone opened a cash app account and used my stolen debit info To steal $998.00. I don’t have a cash app account and have only ever seen this app come up once in my entire bank statement history. This app fails hard.
Suggested solution:
Create better identification and theft checks. I was never once contacted about this account setup or usage of my debit info.
