My complaint:
Someone hacked into my account and sent 3 different individuals money which ranged up to $2500.00. I wrote customer service @ cash app and all they do is give me the run around. Anyone with common sense would see that you would never send one person within 40 minutes don’t different payments on $55.87 15 times till they got $1100. Then they did again up $1000. Then they did it again to $400.00. With in a hour my account was fraudulent used 30 times.
Suggested solution:
Refund me my money since they know I have only ever used one device.
