My complaint:
On December 8 2020 I attempted a cash app transaction of $200.00 to be sent to a Chad Hart at first cash app flagged and failed said transportation after I made a separate non affiliated transaction with no involvement with cash app to Chad Hart later that afternoon cash app approved payment to Chad Hart and on the app on my phone it clearly stated that the funds would be returned to my account and still have yet to manage to be there
Suggested solution:
On my cash app account in plain English it stated clearly the $200.00 would be returned if you are a reliable organization you would have already had this taken care of
