My complaint:
I think it should be illegal to use false names when dealing with accounts and money. Someone fraudulently transfered 1000 from my account and they will not face punishment or repay their wrong. Prepaid accounts should not be allowed to use cash app they use false names and complete fraudulent transactions creating such a hardship in someone’s life. A person named Victor art stole from my account
Suggested solution:
by refunding me and changing the way their app works. Require a social security number and an actual bank account to use their services. Refund me for the hardship it created for me preventing me from taking care of my own needs
