My complaint:
I had money deposited to my cell number on cashapp in early 2021, and have not able to transfer the money to my checking account because they app was not available in Ghana, where I currently am. I have since changed my cell number and don’t have access to cashapp at the moment because of my number change and location.
I have not been able to communicate with anyone in the cashapp organization and have been forced to file this complaint.
Suggested solution:
They should send a check to my home for the funds deposited.
