My complaint:
I am staying at a hotel and the hotel fraudulently authorized my card to cover another guest’s room. I sent the fraudulent transactions to CashApp along with direct documentation from the hotel stating that my card was used to cover a room that I never gave approval for. Even after sending this to CashApp with the police report number attached they are still refusing to reverse the charges.
Suggested solution:
They need to dispute the unauthorized transactions and reverse the charges.
