My complaint:
My fiancé and best friend Kevin Hunt sent me two payments one for 400$ in the other floor $60 in the same day maybe a few minutes apart. This money was supposed to help me take care of an emergency with my son. He currently lives in Madison Wisconsin and at the moment I had to travel to Rockford Illinois to tend to my sons health. However unfortunately the money was taken by an ex friend addicted to drugs named Christopher Thompson. Christopher Thompson lives in Rockford Illinois and it has an excess of record including but not limited to drugs. On March 24, 2022, I had had several issues on that day as well as a few days prior. With someone trying to gain access to my account leading to my account being completely frozen and I not able to retrieve the funds. After going through the steps required to make the account active again Christopher Thompson gain access to my phone when I wasn’t paying attention my phone was not locked with a security code or pattern and my account did not have a security pin. So when I wasn’t looking at about 4:32 PM he transferred the entire $460 without my permission. I did not give him permission to have access to my phone my cash app or the funds itself. I drive my best to get the funds back but I was told that it was my fault and that I was not going to get the funds unfortunately this caused my son to not be able to get the medical treatment that he needed to get and furthermore I was not able to get a hotel for me to stay in while he was in the hospital I will attach for the documents to help prove my case I just want my money back
Suggested solution:
I just want my money back With interest if possible And I would like And I would like Christopher Thompson $Stickydollas4me to be banned permanently from cash app as well as any other account associated with his Social Security number indefinitely.
