My complaint:
A couple of days ago I seen my cashapp account was overdrawn by $30. They sent me a message saying I couldn’t use till I added the money. I then add $30 to my account and nothing happens. So I contact cashapp support for them to say I violated their policy and couldn’t use the service. When I asked what policy was violate they ignored my messages. I have tried messaging them for 3 days now and nothing.
Suggested solution:
They should reactivate my account and give me all the money which has been deposited into the account which is over $700.
