My complaint:
I have called cash app several times for the past two months trying to get a balance transfer from my old account to my new account the problem is is that the old account is closed. I have made several accounts afterwards. My old account is $caramelrex and my new account is $caramelrex1
Suggested solution:
They should be able to give me access to my new account they own cash app there are ways around it $389 dollars is a lot of money and I’m about to be homeless because it was for bills. Something needs to be done I’ve been dealing with this sense April 30th
