My complaint:
I requested a refund for a payment I sent to the wrong receipt. I asked them to simply refund the money. They keep acting like they don’t understand my request and keep asking for the information for the intended account. I already paid the intended recipient in a separate payment on the same day, so I just need my money back from the wrong account. The person hasn’t accepted the funds or anything. For all I know the account is inactive! Just put the money back in my account!!!!
Suggested solution:
Put the money back in my account! It's simple and I feel like they are just playing games!
Attached is our pointless back and forth emails and I'm still waiting!!!
