My complaint:

I purchased bitcoin with the app. I tried to withdraw my bitcoin and was asked to add my ID. This was just fine. I could not get my ID to scan, I tried repeatedly over several days. Customer support kept sending me links that didn’t work and I kept trying. Basically finally told there was nothing they could do. So I guess I am just screwed out of my money?? This is not ok!!
