My complaint:
So I was paying a merchant for credit repair .. $500 in total .. found out later that this person never touched my credit.. so therefore I paid them for a service they didn’t deliver .. informed cash app they told me to file a dispute with my bank they couldn’t do anything.,so I filed a claim with my bank after also getting blocked by the person who took my money .. cash app then closed my account because I filed a claim.. I’m the victim and they don’t help to recoup my money and they close my account
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back and don’t victimize me as the victim and reward the thief who took my money for doing nothing
