My complaint:
My account was closed without my knowledge, I was trying to add my debit card to my cash app account and the message stated the card was not acceptable. I contacted cash app support and in the response from cash app stating my account was closed due to violations, I was not aware of any violations, I was not contacted by cash app stating that I violated any rules, so how can I fix a problem I was not aware of.
Suggested solution:
I would like cash app to investigate what happened, see if anyone got into my cash app account without my knowledge.
