Cash App complaint: Charges for receiving a payment

My complaint:

Each time I receive a payment cash app charges me more than the 1.5% It states this is not set up as a business and I have my personal bank account with debit card. For instance I receive a payment for 500 and was only able to cash out 486.25 and this has happened on several transactions.

Suggested solution:

I should be refunded the difference for all of my cash out transactions to reflect the fees that were supposed to be charged to me
