My complaint:
I wanna send my girlfriend money to help her out but it asked me for my identity and when I type in the correct information it closes my account but I find it fishy it closes my account after I give them my full social security number I feel like my information is being stolen.

By actually checking and seeing my identity
I suddenly had several add cash and buy bitcoin charges on my cashapp. Like several an hour. I reached out to cashapp who Suggested I contact my bank. I reached out to my bank and their investigation was resolved in my favor. Money refunded. Cash app closes my account I had something come up to where I needed to send money so I access an old cashapp account to send my son 444 dollars. Cashapp doesn’t process it but charges my bank!!
