My complaint:

I was asked to send in proof of identity so I sent in my registration card which it shows my face, address, dob and address. They responded after that, that it had to be a us id which I was unaware of prior to creating the account or afterwards it was not until I sent my id which has all my information and verified who I am. They have locked the account and not responding to anymore emails i have contacted them several times asking them because I can’t give them an id I don’t have but to unlock the card to allow me to take off my funds and the account can be closed. They are refusing to respond so I was going to contact the BBB until I saw this. But they are illegally holding my money and have failed to respond to the many emails I have sent

Suggested solution:

Unlock the card and allow me to take off my money which is now being illegally held and the account can be closed
