My complaint:
I sold stocks 170 worth on thursday and it went to my cash app account and then i tried to cash out on friday the enxt day the transaction failed and I have been emailing support but they are not very timely since this happened on a friday and a repsonse was made on Monday but it was so open and close as if what they had responded back solved my problem it didint not thursday another rep takes over and still the same open and closed email. Even with responding to them in a matter of 10 mintues.
Suggested solution:
i have suggested that they look at my transactions staring on thursday and add up stocks brought and from where, stocks sold and where they went cash out to my account, and stocks purchased and how. They will clearly see I am missing money yes Off course minus their fees they charge
Listen and listen well! My CASH APP account was locked for over 35 days without explanation. Out of the blue, I just received a message one day stating that there was “suspicious activity” and my funds were tied up for over a month without any clarification or explanation.
