My complaint:
Cash app won’t help me , I filed a complaint and attempted to let them know someone logged into my cash app and sent themselves $300 of my money and I have contacted them the very day and a few hours after I had noticed this activity when I seen my bank sent cash app 300$ . I immediately went to my cash app only to see it was sent to Tonya Dean who I don’t know and isn’t on my trusted list or have I ever met . They refuse and won’t help me get her to pay me back or step in or help me in any case saying it was me from the device I used that says I sent it to her …… Wtf that’s ludicrous
Suggested solution:
Get my money back close their account or mark them as a scammer or fraudulent and reimburse me and charge her account for it . I didn't authorize it and don't know why they would allow such a thing
