I sent money in the amount of $1300 on 11102020 to a party, the payment was then pending in my account. On 11132020 Cash App then took an additional payment of $1300 which has now overdrafted my account and caused me to be unable to conduct the business that I need to

Cash App needs to 1. Provide a working phone number for consumers to quickly resolve issues and stop playing on email. They additionally need to remove the hold that they have placed on the additional $1300 IMMEDIATELY
