My complaint:

This is the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. Contacting your company is almost impossible.
My cash app was not working in that is returned every purchase paid for. Then a new popped up which alluded to using my card and i tried that after it had turned down a $25 dollar payment. using this new it allowed the new $25 to go through as well as the old, whereas I only wanted one $25 payment made. I couldn’t stop it although the first has been on pending for 10 minutes.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I would resolve that cash app is responsible to the first $25 fee, but not the second, unless they chose to be fair, but a company to sheltered from transparency would no doubt care little about fairness.
It amazes me that such a shoddy app with so little support can exist, but then i remember that Trump was president for four years, so all is possible.
