My complaint:

I sent $800 to the mother of my kids through cash app. She had gotten a new phone (same phone number, same email) but changed her debit card which is asking her to so she can sign into a new device. She doesn’t have that card anymore and they won’t let her access the $800 I sent for my kids nor allow her proof of ID, bank account number, and email or phone number to verify. We’ve emailed multiple times which they take 24hrs to respond, and say nothing they can do about it. This is theft, they owe us $800! Idk who to call as they never respond properly and just deny the claim. Cash app is a scam. Please help
