My complaint:
I have been scammed for a purchase, have noticed cash app within ten days, requested a refund and was denied. I have conversation details logging the purchase expectation as well as the information of the scammer. Cash app will not take this information into consideration and simply refuses to refund my money, enabling the scammer to continue. The scammer has since contacted another two individuals I know and is still using cash app. I complained to BBB and they do not give me anything more than their templates response about not sending money to people you don’t know. I don’t know Wish but when I was scammed on there I got my money back. Why is this different. A purchase from a vendor is a purchase from a vendor! I deserve my product or my money back.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money and review the scammer account and information I have been trying to provide them to disable it.
