My complaint:
I filed a fraud complaint with cash app and they closed my acct as if they are trying to hide something for i get no response from them. I was defrauded and my acct closed and the scammers remain open.
Suggested solution:
I have all the documents to prove they are aiding scammer through their app but their customer service is non existent and all bots. I also have businesses ready to field any phone calls from cash app or the bank to prove their fraud but wont. i'm not comfortable placing my docs on this website just yet but if i get a phone call from someone from this company i would gladly share all our paperwork for legitimate reasons.
