Complaint: cash app never responds to bitcoins not in account

My complaint:

I had $2000 in bitcoins deposited into my cash app account but I never got the funds in my account. I got a text saying my Bitcoin deposit was completed and the funds were in my cash app account ready to be used. 2 days have gone by and my balance is still zero for bitcoins. I have sent 8 messages to customer support with no response by them. under my info tab is says $2000 in bitcoins have been deposited but there is nothing in my account. I am very worried my bitcoins have been lost or stolen. I have gotten no support from cash app at all. they have ignored all of my messages asking what happened to my $2000 in bitcoins.

Suggested solution:

they should tell me why my balance is still zero when the deposit has been completed. put my $2000 in bitcoins into my account as promised.
