My complaint:
On October 18th I was robbed and my phone was stolen someone sent herself $2,000 my entire savings they cash opted to themselves and I’ve contacted cash app about it they asked me to answer four questions his name was Ronnie I got back with him and answered the questions and he never responded no
Suggested solution:
Acknowledge the fact that these are unauthorized transactions and possibly let me know about how I can go about getting my money back I've already filed a police report and I am trying to press charges on the person that did this
