My complaint:
My Cash App was hacked and fraudulent activity occurred over several days. I attempted to contact a live Cash App Agent on several occasions via Cash App Support, Phone, Square Support and Twitter with no luck.
The value of the missing Bitcoin is worth over $21,000.00 (USD) on the day of this posting (22-02-21).
The hacker even sent money to a friend of mine and when my friend sent funds back the hacker converted the funds into Bitcoin in my account and withdrew into their own encrypted account.
Again, Cash App has absolutely failed to help me!
Suggested solution:
Get in touch with me and return all of my Bitcoin and any missing cash from the account.
