My complaint:
On 123 124 my cash app account was hacked into and and the unknown person got a significant amount of my money, cash app is saying that the transaction came from a known device. I have explained to them over and over that I am always in possession of my phone and never give out my personal information. Of course they do not have a way to contact them except for email which has done me no good.
Suggested solution:
All I want is for my money to be returned. I was a victim of a scam or fraud and I am tired of cash app not recognizing this.
