My complaint:
cash app disabled my account and I have my unemployment deposited every week. I emailed them several times asking them why and finally they emailed me and said my unemployment didn’t match my info and clearly it do. So they asked me to send in verification. I immediately sent it in and I haven’t heard from them yet its been 4 weeks and they haven’t responded. I just want my money. I have 2400.00 In that account.
Suggested solution:
they need to unlock my account so i can get my funds.
