My complaint:
HI, my name is Beatriz Rodriguez. My number is (209)715-9435. Can someone please contact me by phone and email please.
I was sent $4,500.00 from someone about a month and a half ago. I was emailing cash app and they said I had to do a clearance fee off $200.00 to get my $4,500.00. I continued to email with reply about the directions for the clearance. I paid $200.00 twice and have proof. I guess it was a scam because I never received my funds. I got a another unfreeze your account for $100.00.
My two cash apps are now hacked into and people are using them without my consent to transfer my money. Its $buzz833 and $business833. Both cash apps are hacked into after I paid the clearance fee of $400.00 to receive my $4,500.00.
Who do I speak to live on the phone about this? I want both my cash apps closed and a check mailed to me for the $4,500.00 plus the two clearance fees I paid of $400.00. What do I do? This is fraud and if someone does not give me a phone number to speak to someone I am suing Cash App for fraud.
Suggested solution:
Call and write me through mail, refund my clearance fees and cut me a check and send it through mail for the $4,500.00. Close both of my accounts and fix it now.
