My complaint:
I had a person claim to be apart of cash app as a agent ask me if I wanted help with investing with cash app, so I took him on his offer on Instagram. I invested $75 and was told that I could cancel anytime or get hourly updates on my invested. I asked for updates with no response so I reached out to cash app verified page with no response and I requested my funds back . I still haven’t gotten any response. I have all the screenshots of everything.
Suggested solution:
I would love to get my funds back as well as getting those pages shut down for using their name to scam people.
