My complaint:
I deposited 0.0019 bitcoin thinking I would be able to use the debit card for an urgent purchase and I was just told if it’s not resolved by 132022 that I should contact support again do they can furthermore investigate. What a sham.
Suggested solution:
Credit my deposit to my account there is no reason to be holding a bitcoin deposit for $100
