My complaint:

Today I simply wanted to move $40 from a cash app account to a chase bank account I selected the instant pay option which told me I would be receiving $39.40 I believe after not seeing it in my account I googled cash app customer service which directed me to a fake number a fake representative and ended with me being scammed out of my $40 and $295 that was in the account.

Times are very difficult right now that money is needed for security and well-being of the household I am in I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause on cash apps part I think it’s great that helps people in a lot of ways and I’m asking and hoping that cash app can help me Get the $295 and also the $40 that was taken from me please contact and reach out to me about the scam that’s going on and he’s fake representative of your Company
