My complaint:
I was given a payment of $57 yesterday on the cash app I dropped my phone just before receiving that payment couldn’t get back into my cash app I did have no way to get a hold of them I tried to get back into my cash app with no avail even with the debit card on file and an ID and a selfie that I sent to the support team at cash at which they denied saying it’s a security risk that I get my own money I am sick of them doing this to me my cash app tag to that unpaid balance left cash app is tag $gdkerr22
Suggested solution:
Cash app should resolve this by refunding or sending my unpaid balance to that cash app which they don't let me access or email me or send it to my new cash app which I had to make in order to get a hold of them today and that cash app tag is $georgekerr22 they've done this before several times they've stopped me from getting payments and they break me for a lot of things I've had to create new and different cash apps because they always shut down my cash up for no apparent reasons because they like taking people's money my email to new cash app is georgedkerr22@gmail.com 57$ unpaid balance
