My complaint:

I had requested my bank to transfer fundsdirect deposit to my Cashapp so I can pay my contractors I have been emailing support with the trace number my bank provided me and I am not getting a reply. This was a fairly large amount I transferred so I want some answers as to where my money is at?

Suggested solution:

I would like my money to be found and i would like for them to deposit my money in my Cashapp so I can pay my contractors. I would like to get a reply or a call regarding this big issue
