Cash App complaint: Atm fees that are doubled, cant get money back from fraudulent charges

My complaint:

Everytime I use atm it doubles fees, fraudulent charges never refunded. Everytime I contact customer service they say there is nothing they can do

Suggested solution:

Refund for ALL
