My complaint:
I accidentally sent $292.50 to the wrong person. They closed my account and won’t email for me or give me information to request it refunded. I went through BBB but they could not get them to make an agreement. I was informed my only option if they won’t refund it is to take them to small claims. I have tried to tell them if it comes in my favor they will have to refund me plus fees. All they do is give me same automated message on my account being closed.
Suggested solution:
They should refund me the $292.50 even if mail me a check to my address.
