My complaint:
I haven’t used cash app for a number of years. Up until recently when I tried, I was unaware that my account had been suspended. When I emailed them asking for the reason why I was told it was because of one charge back from a past transaction. That was actually paid. I told them I’d be filing a complaint about this because I feel like their decision is unfair, and hardly any reason to suspend my account over one transaction.
Suggested solution:
I feel that my account shouldn't be suspended anymore. And my case reviewed.
