My complaint:
They closed my account stating violation of their terms. All I did was receive money from my brother or kids and have sent money to my kids and spouse. How in the world did I violate their terms, my family does not live near me. I just don’t understand how they are still in business.
Suggested solution:
Stop closing accounts with no valid reason. Show me proof of how I violated. They don't do that, Cashapp hides behind the phrase Account closed due to Violation of Terms.
