I wanted to transfer a loan of 1000.00 to a friend, cashapp cancelled the payment for whatever reason, when I clicked the failed payment link, it said payment would be returned to my account shortly. Right after getting this cancellation I reached out to support to let them know what had happened. He said he’d look into it, I get an email back saying the funds were returned to my card, I checked my bank, no sign of the funds, I write to support again explaining nothing has arrived on my account, now he emails back saying 1 to 3 business days, that didn’t happen either. After getting 4 other people claiming to take over the case , I get an email today saying the case was closed ! I also wrote to support earlier that day telling them of an unauthorized transaction of 1000.00 that had happened earlier which was not done or authorized by me. 2 whole weeks and they never say anything about this issue. I also reached out to them a second time about this transaction. Nothing was said! Keep on mind I have to wait for a sorry email from these clowns and each time, it’s a different person claiming to be taking over..
They should give me my 1000.00 back and offer a serious apology for their crappy security! And get some live people here in the United States to really acknowledge and resolve some of these complaints against them...
