My complaint:
They misled me on for two weeks of delays with then-purchase of 2012 Honda Civic LX. The purchase amount was around 13k. I put down $1,000 dollars and they took that amount I felt misled the whole time. That was not first purchase I did with them. Back in March 2023 I did the first purchase with them 2012 Toyota Pruis V and the purchase amount was much higher and unfortunately it did have issues shortly after taking off. 2 months later – the car was deemed total
Loss and insurance paid off on my behalf.
This time around they said they do not accept gig work as a source of income. They had me wait over 2 weeks. Extremely angry
