My complaint:

I let Carvana know that I would be transferring my plates to the car I purchased days before I picked up the car and even ed that I would be transferring the plates Atleast 5 times. The driver who dropped off the car even ed the plates would be transferred. Carvana emails me after the purchase and tells me my new plates will arrive may 24th. I called and they gave me the run around saying to call my dmv which told me to call Carvana. Finally all I got from Carvana was that they messed up and didn’t read the paperwork and that they were sorry

Suggested solution:

Carvana should take the blame since they admitted they messed up and send me a refund for having to pay for plates now. I had just renewed my plates with the dmv right before I got the car. I feel it was done on purpose so they wouldn’t have to give a refund.
