My complaint:
Car was to be delivered today and I received a call from Carvana 2 hours before my delivery time telling me car could not be delivered because it didn’t pass state inspection. This call was made from one of the Hubs and after calling Carvana they were not even aware of it. Carvana customer service rep spent 2 hours on the phone with me and all the hub said is the oil is contaminated and to pick out another vehicle. Management refused to speak to me. I explained I have already sold my vehicle and now have no way to work. I need some immediate resolution as now my livelihood is at stake.
Suggested solution:
Asap...Get my vehicle repaired or offer a reduced sticker price no more than my initial purchased vehicle.
