My complaint:
My Name is Rachel Lipke and I am an employee at carrabbas in Hunt Valley. Just Recently I found out my head manager was leaving. I was quite upset because she knows how to work with me. I have a disability and she took me under her wing. When I found out she was leaving one of my other managers thought it was hilarious that I was crying. I was offended and stuck up for myself. I have two Male Managers and both of them have done things to me that are not acceptable. I am a very loyal employee and I will not tolerate this type of behavior especially from management.
Suggested solution:
They should be taught how to work with a disabled person like me. They should not harass me or laugh at me. I don’t respect them when they act nasty to me so if they want my respect then they need to work with me and not against me.
