Carrabbas Italian Grill complaint: Horrible experience all around

My complaint:

My fiance and I visited your Highland location on Sunday, June 11. We have been long time Carrabba’s fans and couldn’t have been more disappointed. 1 Our server took our appetizer order, which came out cold and then forgot to come back for our dinner order, 2 My fiance had to track her down to place our dinner order. He ordered the 2 pork chop dinner, which he has ordered many times before. I had a house Ceasar salad and a side portion of Carrababba Chicken Fetuccine Alfredo. The chops have became skimpy and my food was almost ice cold when it arrived. The manager asked how the food was and I expressed my opinion. They brought me another portion, however my fiance was ready to leave as he was tired and had worked all day. 3 When our check arrived it came and was $97.00, I flipped. Especially because I did not have an entire meal, just sides. We did not have any alcohol , just iced tea and coke. Again we had to track down the manager to correct the bill, and his comment was they knew someone’s charges were on the wrong bill, they just couldn’t figure it out until we questioned it.

I don’t know if they have a new manager or something, but the quality, service, and the overall restaurant was a total mess. The bathrooms were a disaster, overflowing garbage etc, The glass on the front doors looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks.

We have been to that location many times since it opened, however we were so sadly disappointed. I don’t know if I will be able to get my fiance back to that location ever again.

We are both in our 60’s and traveled an hour, just to eat there. Hopefully, if more people complain, maybe they can turn it around quickly. If not they will be doomed, as more dining choices have came into into that area.

Suggested solution:

INVITE US BACK ON THEIR DIME TO SEE IF PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED.
