My complaint:
This auto repair shop operated by the owner and his two sons ripped me off. They charged me $1100.00 dollars to replace my water pump in my BMW X5 and never repaired my problem. The owner Ozzie when I confronted him about not fixing my car correctly, started arguing with me which led to him and his sons putting their hands on me and then Owner shoved me in the face. I called the police who came and instructed the owner to refund to me part of the $1100.00 dollars I paid to him. As of the writing of this review my car is still leaking antifreeze and I have tried to file a police complaint against this owner but the police are supporting him and trying to discourage me from filing a complaint for assault and harassment. Do not go to this auto repair shop. They are dishonest and will rip you off. I am still going to fight to press charges against this shop owner and to have my money fully refunded from this crooked repair shop owner. There official address is C.B.
