Complaint: Wrong part sent, still awaiting correct part

My complaint:

Placed an order on 12th August 2020, when my order arrived the air filter was not the one I ordered for my vehicle. I emailed them for a return code, I then phoned them after quite some time I got to speak to customer services, she took all the details and said it was their error I had ordered the correct air filter, but they had sent the wrong one. She said the correct one would be despatched that day. She asked me to hold on the phone while she organised the parcel to be collected I was returning. After 15 minutes at my expense I put the phone down. She had sent all the information required for the collection of the wrong part by email and it was duly collected. Since then I cannot get a reply from them after I have messaged most days, I can’t get anyone to answer the phone and my part which I have paid for has not come.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Send me my air filter straight away and refund me as a good customer relations. The frustration of trying to contact them is totally unacceptable and certainly no way to run a business. I will certainly not use them again. They don’t value their customers.
